Why Are My Battery Packs Not Fully Charged?
There are many reasons. These causes may even influence each other. If the capacity of your battery pack is significantly shorter, or if it is running low after a few charges or dozens of charges. there are the following possible reasons:
1. The cell are inferior.
2. The pack is assembled from the cells without proper capacity grading or grouping: Disassemble a battery pack and test the individual cells to check whether the voltage, capacity and resistance are approximate or the same.
3. Test without control variables: Confirm the charging test is performed under the same conditions. Whether the initial voltage of pack, charging voltage and charging current are approximate or the same.
4. PCB is malfunctioning or design is improper.
